  2. set Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\TabletPC\DisableSnippingTool to 1 (skip this step if you don’t have the \TabletPC\)
  3. uninstall “Snip and Sketch” via the Microsoft Store
